11 Mar Darla Bloom, RBSM – Vice President of Organizational Development
Joining the GRBS Leadership team in 1994, Darla established the Training and Development Department. She successfully ensured the growth of the company from 300 to 900 team members using a combination of media, technology and hands on methods for her programs. Darla now leads our operations leadership team as their director and mentor. Darla has her bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College in Training and Communication and earned her RBSM certification in 2002. Our team is inspired by her motivation, coaching, and positive outlook.
